Freddie’s breakout year came in 2019 with a hat-trick of karting titles. Winning the SKUSA Pro Tour (X30 Junior), IAME Winter Cup (X30 Mini) and IAME Euro Series (X30 Mini).
After an impressive year establishing himself in the OK Junior category, Freddie concluded the year by winning the most prestigious title in karting - the 2020 Junior World Championship. Later that year, he added the WSK Open Cup title to his already-impressive CV.
The success continued in 2021 as he was crowned FIA Karting European Junior Champion, finishing 34 points ahead of his nearest rival. Freddie capped off a great year with more strong performances, finishing third in the WSK Open Cup and WSK Euro Series in the OK Junior category.
The success continued for Freddie in 2022 as he secured his first OK Senior victory, before making his car debut in the Ginetta Junior Championship. Freddie showed off his incredible raw talent and versatility by finishing as the second best rookie on his first weekend in the series. All of this culminated in a strong end to the year, claiming the Ginetta Winter Series championship following a double win at Brands Hatch Indy.
2023 proved to be a record-breaking year for Freddie with a dominant Ginetta Junior Championship campaign, taking 16 victories. This was alongside a triumph in the FIA’s Karting European Championship KZ2. Freddie’s success resulted in him picking up Autosport’s prestigious ‘National Driver of the Year’ award - something fellow ADD driver Lando Norris has also won.
2024 marked Freddie’s graduation into the single seater ranks, as he joined up with Prema to compete in the Italian and European Formula 4 championships. This first foray in single-seater racing was a success, as he won the Italian F4 title and finished as runner up in the Euro 4 Championship. This wasn’t all, as he also secured the Formula 4 UAE Championship with Mumbai Falcons and debuted at the Macau Grand Prix.
Following on from a strong 2024, Freddie returned to Mumbai Falcons for the 2025 Formula Regional Middle East Championship, where he finished as the Vice Champion. In April 2025, he put the motorsport world on notice in a one-off appearance in the FIA Formula 3 Championship at the Bahrain Grand Prix. Driving for AIX Racing, he finished second in the sprint race - his debut.
Freddie will continue his rise up the feeder series ranks in 2025 by moving into the FRECA championship full-time with Prema, while also appearing in the 2025 GB3 Championship with Hillspeed.
