Lucas Alecco Roy teams up with ADD Management
At twenty-one years old, Lucas had a less than conventional entrance into the world of motorsport from a career as an established equestrian. Despite this, the young German has hugely impressed this year in the hugely competitive ADAC Formula 4, in only his second year of single seater racing. He has also made a one-off appearance in Italian Formula 4, holding his own against drivers with much more experience than him.
With such a huge jump to make, swapping actual horse power for BHP, Lucas responded well to everything asked of him, putting in strong performances throughout his first year of car racing in 2017. Now, with the help of ADD Management, Lucas is now looking forwards to making steps forwards in his already impressive junior career. He admits to being on a ‘learning curve’ but knows the experience thatADD bring will only help him to progress.
“Being fairly new to the sport I need the best teams, people, strategy and tactics to help me learn and progress.”
“The years of experience that Mark and Fraser bring is an undeniable asset to maximise my learning curve. Whether it’s planning the next steps in my career or getting the most out of my on and off track performance, the ADD team will help me do this!”, commented Lucas.
Mark Berryman, Director of ADD Management has been hugely impressed with Lucas’ progress so far in his relatively short motorsport career commenting:
“We are really pleased to welcome Lucas onboard and are really looking forward to putting a plan together to get him where he wants to be. Having started in motorsport so late it’s quite a non-conventional route”
"We are so pleased that Lucas has entrusted us to look after his career. For someone with such little experience its clear he has massive potential."
